The Business of Law is Not for the Faint of Heart

Even for the most seasoned of professionals, the odds are stacked against you. Discover your greatness and take it back to your firm to meet the challenges ahead.

Are you a law firm C-Suite leader or senior professional seeking to join the next generation of emerging business of law leaders?

Our research reveals that, much like the lawyers in our firms, many professionals move through the ranks and ultimately attain C-Suite or other leadership roles by mastering technical skills in their respective domains. Yet once there, many find themselves coming up short in other areas needed to truly excel in the law firm environment.  Being an expert simply isn't good enough anymore.

While plenty of places exist to continue honing your technical skills, we've designed the Advanced Academy to be the place to fill the gaps needed to conquer today's challenges as a strategic business of law professional.

This course will equip you to soar to new heights and develop a strong presence in your firm by mastering your skills in these key areas:

  • Leadership

  • Strategy

  • Managing Teams

  • Law Firm Finance

  • Data Analytics

Curriculum: Fall 2021 Schedule (2 Half Days)
